KanAm Grund Group is purchasing the L'Albero office building near Paris

Frankfurt, 28 May, 2019 – The KanAm Grund Group has bought the L'Albero office building in France for an institutional fund. The property is a 9-story office building with two underground and garage levels. The L'Albero building is located in the center of Guyancourt, one of the 12 communities of Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, located about 20 kilometers to the South West of Paris. This is the second largest office center on the Paris ring motorway. With a total usable area of around 10,800 square meters, the L'Albero is fully let to AKKA Technologies, a European engineering and technology consulting company. It has been agreed with the KEYS Group to keep the sales price confidential.

The L'Albero, in Guyancourt, was completed in 1978 and fully refurbished by the KEYS Group assisted by real estate specialists of B&C France during 2017/2018. The building, located on a prominent corner plot, marked by a highly recognizable architectural design, is located near the train station, with suburban transport connections into the surrounding area and the RER C commuter railway to Paris. Journey times to central Paris are around 30 minutes. Renowned companies such as Renault, Mercedes Benz, BMW, Nissan, Cap Gemini and Honeywell, to name but a few, are located within close proximity of the property.

Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines has been a member of the "Operation of National Interest" ("OIN") Paris Saclay since 2005, a project aiming to strengthen the technology and business sectors in the region.
