The issue of sustainability is of great importance to the KanAm Grund Group.
As part of the management of its open-ended mutual real estate fund LEADING CITIES INVEST, the real estate fund provider has been active in the field of sustainability for more than a decade and is one of the real estate asset managers that has built up special sustainability expertise in recent years.

In addition to the continuous optimization of the real estate portfolio initiated in 2008, e.g. in the form of certifications, the focus is on limiting the consequences of climate change.
The aim is to further develop investors' real estate depending on the respective investment strategy, also under sustainability aspects and taking into account the increasing EU regulation as well as the growing ESG demands of tenants, buyers and portfolio holders.
The range of services was recently expanded to include an innovative 360° “Manage to green” offering for institutional investors. As an asset manager, KanAm Grund Group offers these investors the opportunity to implement tailored ESG solutions in the form of modern specialized real estate funds or in existing real estate portfolios.
