Werner Bals new member of the supervisory board

Dr. Werner Bals has been appointed as a new member of the supervisory board of KanAm Grund Institutional Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH in Frankfurt. Werner Bals (58) was a long-time member of the management of CREDIT SUISSE ASSET MANAGEMENT Immobilien Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH in Frankfurt. The path into the world of open-ended real estate funds had already been achieved for the graduate in business through his academic work as part of his doctorate in 1993 as Dr. rer. pole. at the University of Regensburg. Werner Bals then began his operational work in the industry in Frankfurt at DEGI Deutsche Gesellschaft für Immobilienfonds mbH. There he took on various functions in the areas of finance and accounting, fund management and sales before moving to CREDIT SUISSE in summer 2002 as managing director of the real estate capital investment company. He has been a member of the control and advisory body of KanAm Grund Institutional Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH since the beginning of April 2020.
