Markus Prinz is the new Head of Accounting at KanAm Grund Group

The addition of Markus Prinz as their new Head of Accounting further strengthens KanAm Grund Group’s team of excellence. Markus Prinz, who is a fully qualified banker with a degree in business studies and a degree in real estate from IREBS, used to work for accounting firm Ernst & Young and then for real estate company Tishman Speyer Germany. Before moving to KanAm Grund Group in April this year, Markus Prinz was Head of Accounting, Financial Controlling & Tax at GEG German Estate Group AG in Frankfurt. Markus Prinz (46) will contribute his expertise and experience to KanAm Grund Group as a director.

Last year, the institutional and private investment business at KanAm Grund Group generated over 2 billion euros in more than 50 individual transactions in Germany and Europe. New real estate funds, specifically adapted to client requirements, were also launched. Moreover, KanAm Grund Group was able to successfully implement prestigious projects for German and international real estate investors in Edinburgh and Munich.
