KanAm Grund Real Estate Asset Management strengthens its management team

  • Sascha Schadly to take lead responsibility for relationship management with German investors
  • European real estate investments of the company (ex France and Germany) will be headed by Anthony Bull-Diamond

KanAm Grund Real Estate Asset Management (REAM) is expanding its management team. To further strengthen the top level, Sascha Schadly (aged 48) and Anthony Bull-Diamond (aged 35) have been appointed to the Management Board of the real estate company based in Frankfurt am Main with effect from January 1, 2023. They will be joining Olivier Catusse and Hans-Joachim Kleinert in the management team starting from the new year. Sascha Schadly will be responsible for REAM’s relationship management with German investors and Anthony Bull-Diamond is to head the division in charge of corporate real estate investments in Europe (ex France and Germany). 

Sascha Schadly has been working with KanAm Grund Group for 17 years now. As Managing Director at KanAm Grund Institutional Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH, he has been responsible for the areas of investment fund management, business development and sales/investor relationship management in Germany since 2016. He has also been Managing Director of KanAm Grund Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH, with responsibility for investment fund management, since 2018. Prior to this, he had already worked in the company as a fund manager for ten years. Before he joined the Group, he held positions as asset manager and fund manager for closed-ended funds of the cooperative banking group FinanzGruppe, Rabobank and BfG bank. The certified property expert and real estate economist holds an MBA in international real estate management.

His outstanding real estate expertise has enabled us to implement the strategies of our German investors in the best possibleway for years now.‘ 

Anthony Bull-Diamond joined KanAm Grund Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH in 2018 as Director, Head of Investment and Asset Management. Alongside his new role as Managing Director at REAM, he will continue to work in this position and be responsible for real estate sales and acquisitions in Europe. To date, he has already realized a transaction volume of EUR 2.2 billion at KanAm Grund Group.    
The new member of the Management Board has played a major role in the successful restructuring and development of the investment and asset management division. In addition, he strongly contributed to the development of a European, decentralized asset management structure with branch offices in Dublin, London and Madrid, in addition to those in Atlanta, Munich, Paris and Luxembourg. Prior to his work with KanAm Grund Group, he was a Director in the investment management team of TRIUVA Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH. Anthony Bull-Diamond studied business management with majors in entrepreneurship and finance at Babson College in Boston.
