KanAm Grund Group nominated again for Scope Award

• One of the best asset managers in the “Retail Real Estate Europe” category

The KanAm Grund Group has been nominated for a Scope Award again this year. The internationally renowned rating agency Scope suggested the Frankfurt-based KanAm Grund Group as one of the closest group of “Best Asset Managers” in the “Retail Real Estate Europe” category. According to Scope, the nominations and awards go to the best asset managers of mutual and institutional fund products in the alternative investments field. The assessment criteria include innovation, investment management, operative asset management, track record, transparency and sustainability. The awards ceremony for 2020 will take place on 26 November.

The Scope Investment Awards have an over 10-year history. Scope Alternative Investment Awards have been awarded since 2005. KanAm Grund Group has won the distinction by Scope several times in the past. According to the rating agency, its Scope Awards are the most established and distinguished awards presented to fund and asset managers in German-speaking countries – for equity bonds and mixed funds (Scope Investment Awards) as well as for tangible assets and alternative investments (Scope Alternative Investment Awards). They say, while other market awards focus exclusively on quantitative criteria, the Scope Awards also take qualitative criteria into consideration. And although attention to qualitative factors makes analysis considerably more time-consuming, it also allows for forward-looking statements to be made regarding the quality of funds and managers.
