KanAm Grund Group acquires Asset Management of Frankfurt-based TRIANON

KanAm Grund Group is taking over the asset management of the striking Frankfurt skyscraper. The 47-storey building is one of the icons of the skyline in the form of a mirrored triangular prism. The 186-metre-high building with the striking upturned three-sided pyramid on the roof is located in the banking district of Mainzer Landstraße and is mostly leased to DekaBank. Other large tenants from the financial sector include Deutsche Bundesbank and Franklin Templeton Investments. 

With this new mandate, KanAm Grund Group was able to further expand its assets under management (AUM) for international investors. With 2 further mandates for European investors in Denmark and Holland, the KanAm Grund Group was able to increase the AuM managed for third-party mandates by 1.2 billion euros in 2020.
