Jan Jescow Stoehr becomes Managing Director of KanAm Grund Institutional Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft

Jan Jescow Stoehr (aged 41) has been appointed Managing Director of KanAm Grund Institutional Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft with effect from January 1, 2023. He will strengthen the management team of the company, composed of Olivier Catusse, Hans-Joachim Kleinert and Sascha Schadly. The new Managing Director will be responsible for the divisions Risk Management, Accounting, Compliance/Anti-Money Laundering and Data Protection.

Jan Jescow Stoehr joined KanAm Grund Group in 2006. He started in the Financial Controls section and then switched to Portfolio Management and Acquisition. At the beginning of 2018, he was appointed Managing Director of KanAm Grund Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH, for which he has been responsible for risk management, its further development, and digitalization since 2008. In the future, he will also work in the same capacity for the sister company, KanAm Grund Institutional Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH. Jan Jescow Stoehr studied economics at the University of Mannheim.

The target of this strategic division is KanAm Grund Group’s ongoing transformation from a national to a global player that – by means of several investment vehicles – provides real estate investment and asset management services to German and international retail and institutional investors, utilizing different investment vehicles.
