This is the idea that led, in October 2000, to the emergence of the KanAm Grund Group – an independent company under the KanAm group of companies. The KanAm Group has specialized in closed-end funds for more than 40 years. The KanAm Grund Group, in contrast, has specialized in open-ended real estate funds since its inception and later expanded to include specialized real estate funds and investment advisory services.
As an independent German company, we have evolved over the past more than 20 years into a trusted international real estate specialist. Private investors and renowned institutional investors from across the globe have come to rely on the KanAm Grund Group. Our institutional investors in Asia even have access to specially dedicated Korean Desks.
Our investment focus lies in the markets of Germany, Europe and North America, where we have prime access to attractive properties. We are able to determine precise values for properties thanks to our in-house research and proprietary scoring models. We use these resources as a basis for investing in Core, Core Plus, Value Add and Development properties in accordance with the fund's strategy.
